We are an international, women-led, boutique non-profit organization founded by a group of senior industry executives and seasoned experts. Our team brings many years of hands-on experience as leaders, operators, advisors, facilitators, board members and investors.

How we create impact
The 2026 Global Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (GEP) is a Program for the Architects of Healthcare’s Future.
- The GEP is for those defined by their vision —female CxOs and Founders in the healthcare & biopharma sector — who are driving innovation and navigating complex global markets.
- It is where executive leadership meets the agility of entrepreneurial thinking and where the human challenges – from personal resilience to board dynamics – matter if entrepreneurs are to lead as effectively as they innovate.
- It is about empowering women and allies to architect and lead new structures. GEP is about providing the strategic tools, the global network and the advanced mindset required to scale businesses and elevate impact worldwide.
The GEP is powered by a global network. A collaboration of nonprofits in the US and Europe working across the biopharma, medtech and healthtech sectors. The program is led by industry veterans with deep expertise across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and the healthcare sectors.

Who can apply
We invite applications from senior professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem builders with strong experience in healthcare and a willingness to share their expertise, networks, and insights to empower women-led ventures.
